SPICY TOFU 
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. ground pork
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 pkgs. tofu, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil

Mix cornstarch and water; set aside. Pour oil into a preheated wok. Add meat and onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add tofu, salt, chili and stir fry another 4 minutes. Stir cornstarch mixture; add to the wok and stir fry everything for 2 more minutes.
