CLAM CHOWDER 
1 (8 oz.) chopped clams
1 (8 oz.) clam juice
1 tsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 pt. half & half
1 pt. whole milk
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and add half & half and milk. In separate saucepan melt butter (oleo) and add flour to make a white sauce. Bring to a boil and add white sauce to liquids. If too thick add more milk.
