TURKEY AND CHEDDAR BURGERS | |
1 lb ground turkey 1 cup grated cheddar 1 tbs balsamic vinegar 1 tsp parsley 1 tbs dried chives or 2 of fresh chopped 1 tsp dried onion 1 tsp garlic powder dash of each salt, pepper, paprika Form loosely packed burgers Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray Heat pan on high add burgers to hot pan reduce heat to medium cover pan (keeps everything moist) Cook 3-4 minutes on each side turning as little as possible. I prepped this recipe as stated... divided into both patties & meat balls - then froze. This recipe can easily be converted to several others. Am thinking of taking one patty, browning loosely then add either mushroom soup or a gravy mix and simmer for a few minutes. Would be great over rice, noodles, biscuits. The meatballs can go several different directions.
