TAHINA 
2 c. sesame seed paste
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Parsley and paprika, to garnish

Stir sesame seed paste, water, and lemon juice together until creamy. Add rest of ingredients, mix. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with pita bread. (To use as a salad dressing, add more water.)
