GINGER CRUMB CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. 1/4 c. molasses 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sour milk

Add to dry ingredients (above).

Cut into 1/2 inch of reserved mixture for crumb topping. Pour combined mixture into greased cake pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
