TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce
Sliced tomato (1/2 per person)
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1 can Ranch style beans, drained
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips, crushed

Layer in order above. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, sliced or whole olives and avocados. Serve with dressing. Serves 4.
