1 c. pecans 1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding (or chocolate) 1 lg. tub Cool Whip 1st Layer: Mix pecans, flour, butter and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown (approximately 10 minutes). 2nd Layer: Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and a cup of Cool Whip. Put on top of 1st layer. 3rd Layer: Mix vanilla pudding as directed on box. Put on top of 2nd layer. Top 3rd layer with remainder of Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top of Cool Whip. Chill until firm. |
