Mix in food processor. Put in jar and add 1/3 pound Roquefort cheese, crumbled. Shake. Refrigerate.

Break 8 oz. blue cheese into above ingredients and mix well.

Break up Blue cheese with fork. Blend all ingredients in blender. Makes 2 cups. Refrigerate.

Blend cheese with seasonings. Add mayonnaise alternately with milk.

Whip cream. Stir in mayonnaise. Crumble cheese. Add cheese and vinegar. Mix well. Serves 4.



Mash and blend the Roquefort and cream cheese. Add buttermilk, stir until smooth. Mix in garlic salt. Add mayonnaise, stir until blended well.

Mix together all but the cheese and then crumble cheese carefully. It's better made a day or two ahead of time.

Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Carefully fold in Roquefort cheese. Serves 8.
