Mix together all ingredients and add to shredded cabbage.

Beat ingredients together until very creamy. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Keeps very well. Store in pint jar.

Blend well with wire whisk.

Shred 1/2 head cabbage (or 1 small head). Add dressing and allow to set in refrigerator at least 2 hours to chill, slightly toss before serving.

Put in a glass jar and shake well. This can also be used for vegetables, sliced cucumbers, or tossed salads.
