In large bowl, combine apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, lemon ... Niacin:. Calcium:. Iron:. Contains less than 2% of the U.S. RDA of these nutrients.

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in jar with tight lid. Shake well and refrigerate.
