Beat together flour, egg yolk, ... cleaned butterfly cut shrimp in batter. Then fry in deep hot fat (365 degrees) until golden brown. Serves 4.

Mix and add enough water to make medium thin batter.

Mix all together and let sit at least 15 minutes. Sprinkle a little dry flour over seafood and batter will stick better.

Leave beef in marinade (REFRIGERATED) overnight.

Combine all ingredients and add milk gradually to desired thickness to cover shrimp.



Beat all together. Drop in fish or shrimp and deep fry. Excellent recipe.

Mix all ingredients except shrimp until smooth with electric mixer. Chip shrimp in blender and add to mixture. Serve on crackers.

Mix and fry in deep corn oil.

Combine all in a blender. This thickens slightly as it sits. Use to douse peeled fresh shrimp or fish fillets then deep fat fry.

Mix all ingredients with a wire whisk. Dip shrimp and fry in deep oil.
