Tea should be made 1-2 hours ... flavor. I also float big chunks of ice in the tea. Ice can be made in milk carton or Cool Whip container, etc.

Put herbs in a teapot. Fill with water. Bring to boil. Take off heat. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Steep tea bags in boiling water at least 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Strain before serving.

Add rinds to: Boil 5 ... Steep 4 individual tea bags, in 4 cups boiling water. Add to above mixture: Chill. Serve over ice, garnish with fresh mint.

In a pot boil sugar ... tall glasses filled with crushed ice. Top each glass with a lime slice; garnish with mint sprigs. Yield: 18 or 20 glasses.



Part 1: Place fresh tea in 2 quart container; bruise ... pitcher; put in sugar, concentrate, lemon, and orange; fill pitcher with water and ice.

Boil sugar and water together ... let cool. Add mint and mash. Add lemon juice ... Let sit to blend, strain. Add mixture to iced tea to taste.

Make a syrup of water, sugar, tea leaves and lemon juice. Boil ... three parts water to 1 part tea. This concentrate keeps well in refrigerator.
