(Or 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package coconut instant pudding.) In food processor ... blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit cut into chunks. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

In a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, coconut, and ginger. Cover and chill. Use toothpicks to dip fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Process until smooth. Use as a dip for fruit. Fabulous!

Blend in food processor for 30 seconds. Refrigerate several hours.

In small bowl combine: Mix well. Stir in enough milk for dipping consistency. Chill; serve with melon, pineapple, grapes or banana.



Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 6 hours.

Mix pudding with milk. Add pineapple and juice, coconut and sour cream. Chill. Serve ... low cal sour cream, pineapple in juice and skim milk.
