Combine Jello and dissolve in hot juice. Add salt, cold juice, horseradish, onion and cayenne. (Add celery and/or olives if desired.) Pour into mold.

Heat one cup V-8 juice and dissolve Jello in it. Add onion juice, ... and second cup of juice. Pour into molds and chill until firm. Serves 4-5.
