TOMATO JELLO SALAD 
2 c. V-8 juice
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Onion juice
(Cream cheese and olive balls if desired)

Heat one cup V-8 juice and dissolve Jello in it. Add onion juice, salt and vinegar and second cup of juice. Pour into molds and chill until firm. Serves 4-5.
