Chop, mix and drain first 3 ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients. Will keep 6 months in refrigerator.

Layer slaw ingredients in a bowl. DO ... least 4 hours before serving. This slaw is excellent with BBQ sandwiches or ribs or chicken. Serves 15.

Mix all ingredients, except cabbage in medium bowl. Stir into cabbage. Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Vary ingredients to please your taste.

Cut cabbage. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour over cabbage.

Mix together and store in refrigerator. If cabbage is strong tasting you can use 1/2 cup more sugar.



Combine above ingredients. Add this mixture to: 3 c. salad greens ... carrot 1/2 green or red pepper, cut in strips Toss salad lightly and serve.

Place in bowl in layers ... NOT STIR! Bring to a boil: Pour over cabbage mixture. DO NOT STIR! Refrigerate overnight in container with tight lid.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until cold. Serve with barbecue or pork. Taste great on hotdogs or in a tossed salad.

Grated cabbage. Mix all other ingredients and mix with cabbage. Will keep several days in refrigerator.

Grate cabbage; season with salt ... tablespoon sugar; bring to boil. Pour over cabbage and stir. Add enough ketchup to mix. Store in refrigerator.
