Marinate lamb shanks in Vermouth, oil, lemon ... the marinade. This marinade may also be used for chicken, turkey, pork or other cuts of lamb.

Mix sour cream, salt, oregano, ... like fell from lamb. Rub sour cream mixture ... before serving. Slice thinly across grain. Delicious! Serves 6.

Mix together all ingredients except lamb. Marinate lamb in this mixture ... covered dish. Grill 4" from charcoal for 1 hour, basting occasionally.

1. Combine the wine, soy ... pour over the lamb in a non-corrodible shallow baking ... cob, sliced summer tomatoes and a green salad. 8 portions.



Have butcher bone leg of lamb, and cut it so ... baking. The meat will be a little pink, quite juicy. Cook longer if you want it more well done.

Mix thoroughly and simmer for 30 minutes. May be simmered in crock pot. Variations: crumbled fine bacon piece and add to lamb.

Select a 4 to 5 lb. leg of lamb and have butcher remove muscle. ... done remove cover and brown more if desired but continue to baste with sauce.

Cook chops for 15-20 minutes on grill ... combine all ingredients in saucepan. Put meat in pan and cover tightly. Simmer for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 5.

Brown meat in oil; drain. Add onion, water, barbecue sauce and salt. Cover; simmer ... cook 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Yield 6 servings.
