4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. meat (your choice)

Put first 6 ingredients in blender and blend for 6 seconds. Pour into greased pie plate. Sprinkle over batter the meat (cooked and drained), cheese and mushrooms. Punch down into batter.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Makes its own crust.
