DON BROWN'S TRI-TIPS 
For each tri-tip:
Garlic salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. Kikkoman teriyaki barbecue and marinade sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine

Marinate 24 hours, turning occasionally. Barbecue. Cut tri-tips on cross grain.
