1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Milnot Cream or Pet Diet canned cream

Mix cake according to directions and pour 1/2 of batter in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes or more until done.

Melt caramels with Milnot and butter and pour over cake. Pour chocolate chips over caramel. Pour remaining batter over nuts. Then sprinkle 1/2 cup of nuts on top and bake 25 minutes more.
