MILKY WAY® CANDY CAKE | |
5 (2.5 oz.) MILKY WAY® candy bars 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. baking soda Melt together candy bars and 1/2 stick butter and set-aside. Cream 1 1/2 sticks butter, sugar, and eggs. Add flour, soda, nuts and buttermilk. Add candy mixture. Bake in buttered tube pan at 300°F about 1 hour. MILKY WAY® Frosting: 3 (2.5 oz.) MILKY WAY® candy bars. 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 box powdered sugar (approximately) In top of double boiler; melt candy bars, butter and milk. Heat until melted. Remove from heat add vanilla, beat. Add about 1/2 box powdered sugar and beat until smooth to spread. |
