SOUR DOUGH CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. yellow stone ground corn meal
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter, butter, or vegetable oil
1 c. sour dough starter
1 c. evaporated milk

Grease 11 x 9 inch baking pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a medium bowl, beat eggs; stir in sour dough starter, milk, and butter. Stir into the dry ingredients until just blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven, 20 to 25 minutes. Can be baked in a cast iron skillet.
