ROAST POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 stick butter, cut in half
15 to 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled finely

Combine frozen hash brown potatoes, chopped onions, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and 1/2 stick of melted butter. In another bowl, mix together 1/2 stick melted butter and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
