OREO DESSERT 
1 bag Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush cookies (all but 4 or so) and place across bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter and pour over cookie layer. Combine pudding, milk, 1/2 of Cool Whip, and melted cream cheese. Spread mixture over cookie layer. Top layer is remaining Cool Whip and crumbs of saved cookies. Cover and Refrigerate.
