SPINACH - ARTICHOKE HEART
DELIGHT
 
1 lb. frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese

Place spinach in large pot, add water and cook over high heat until thawed. Drain excess water, add artichoke hearts and cream cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is thoroughly melted. Great for holidays. Double or triple ingredients for larger gatherings.
