STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. + 2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy (whipping) cream

CHOCOLATE BISCUITS:

Increase to 1/3 cup sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder add to flour

STRAWBERRIES:

2 pts. strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced
3 tbsp. sugar

Also need:

1 c. heavy cream, whipped (add 2 tsp. sugar first if desired)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Gradually add cream, tossing mix lightly until clumps form. Press clumps into fairly smooth ball, don't overwork. Shape into 6 inch log, cut in 6 slices. Put on cookie sheet, sprinkle rest of sugar on each. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire rack, cover with a towel. Cool 10 minutes.
