HAM & CHEESE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fully cooked smoked ham, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease and flour 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches. Beat milk, oil and egg slightly in large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients with fork until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
