BUBBLE AND SQUEAK 
4 potatoes with skin, baked
3 c. blanched grated cabbage
1 med. onion
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. ham chunks
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. butter

Squash potatoes in a bowl with your hands, add all remaining ingredients mixing well. Melt butter in a cast iron pan, pat mixture into pan, cover, cook until bottom is brown.
