SPINACH MASHED POTATOES 
6 to 8 lg. potatoes
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Chives to taste

Cook and mash potatoes. Add next 5 ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Add chives, dill weed and spinach. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4 or 5.
