STUFFED FILET OF SOLE 
8 lg. filets of flounder (sole)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. bread stuffing
2 tbsp. chopped dill
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

1. Sprinkle filets with salt and lemon juice.

2. Mix stuffing, dill, cheese, broth and 1/2 butter.

3. Spoon stuffing on filets and roll them up; secure with toothpick (a skewer might be better).

4. Grease shallow baking pan; place filets in pan.

5. Spoon rest of butter and lemon juice over filets. Sprinkle on for flakes and more dill. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
