EASY EGG DROP SOUP 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. oriental sesame oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 egg
2-3 green onions, chopped

Mix cornstarch, water and oil. Boil 3 cups of chicken broth and add the cornstarch mixture. Rapidly stir in 1 beaten egg stirring until strands are cooked.

Top with green onions and serve.
