1 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart. Flatten in a criss-cross pattern. Bake 8-10 minutes.
