EVELYN'S EASY CINNAMON ROLLS 
ROLLS:

4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 1/3 c. milk

POWDERED SUGAR FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Milk to thin

FROSTING: Mix ingredients. It should be thin consistency like a glaze.

ROLLS: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Mix in butter until crumbly. Add milk so dough is soft but not too sticky to knead. Knead 10 or 12 times. Roll out dough; cover with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut into rolls. Put on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover with powdered sugar frosting.
