2 lbs. spareribs
1 lb. lima beans
Chopped celery
Chopped carrots
1 onion, diced
Diced potato

Wash lima beans, put spareribs and lima beans in water and cook until beans are almost done. Then put in celery, carrots, onion until almost done, adding potatoes last. Cook until tender.
