GARDEN CAFE'S BREAD PUDDING 
6 dry cinnamon rolls or 6 apple muffins
3/4 c. (light brown) sugar
8 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half

Cube enough rolls to fill 9x13 pan.

Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix in electric mixer for 5 minutes, medium speed.

Heat milk and cream in saucepan, then add to egg mixture slowly. Pour mixture over cubes. Let soak. Bake 375, 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes. It's done if center peaks.
