HAWAIIAN SANDWICHES 
12 round buns, split
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 lb. sliced ham
12 pineapple slices, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
12 slices cheese
Paprika

Spread buns with mayonnaise. Place ham slice and pineapple slice on bottom of bun; sprinkle with brown sugar. On top half of bun place cheese slice and dash of paprika. Broil sandwich open faced until cheese melts and brown sugar bubbles. Close buns and serve hot. Serves 12.
