FLUFFY COOKED ICING 
1 c. milk
4 tsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together milk and flour and heat over low flame to boiling, stirring constantly. Cool in refrigerator. With mixer, combine butter, Crisco and sugar thoroughly. Add vanilla and mix. Add cooled milk mixture and beat until creamy and smooth (using electric mixer). Frosts a 2 layer cake.
