CHICKEN CURRY 
6 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
Garlic to taste
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. diced chicken
Toppings: raisins, peanuts, coconut, chutney

Melt, over low heat, butter; add onion, garlic, ginger and curry. Let bubble for a minute. Then add all the liquids; stir until thickened. Add chicken and heat through. Serve over cooked rice. Top with raisin, nuts etc.
