CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. whole cranberries
1 orange (pulp, juice & rind), remove with membrane
1 c. sugar
1 box lemon Jello

Run cranberries and orange through fine blade food chopper. Add sugar and let stand until sugar dissolves. Make Jello according to directions, using 1 cup less water. Let cool and add cranberry mixture.
