SPUDS CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flakes

Mix first seven ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 8.
