SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
9 inch pie:
3 egg yolks
1 1/3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 tsp. cloves
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. seeded raisins
8 inch pie:
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. sour cream
1 c. seeded raisins

Cook raisins on top of stove until done (about 7 minutes); drain them. Beat egg yolks and then add dry ingredients and sour cream. Add to raisins and cook until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue and bake in a 400 degree oven until brown. Use the egg whites for the meringue.
