POUND CAKE - CHOCOLATE 
1 box chocolate cake mix (I use German chocolate)
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 small box instant pudding (chocolate or vanilla)

Glaze:

3/4 box 10x sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all cake ingredients together. Place in greased and floured or sprayed with cooking spray Bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Glaze can be adjusted by adding more milk for thinner glaze to pour over cake or less milk for icing pound cake.
