SAUSAGE AND PASTA 
1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
1 pkg. hot Italian sausage
1 c. pasta sauce
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
Mushroom (optional)
Any type pasta

Slice peppers. In slow cooker or cake pan, layer sausage, sauce, and vegetables. Cook for 4-8 hours (to taste). Serve over pasta.

Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. Slow cooker: Medium-High.
