CHILI FOR A CROWD 
4 lg. onions, diced
10 lbs. beef, cubed
5 cans beer
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
3 cubes beef bouillon
11 tbsp. chili powder
6 tbsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tbsp. ground oregano
3 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. MSG
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. red pepper
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cocoa

Brown meat and onion, adding oil if meat is very lean. Combine browned meat and onion with all other ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours and taste. Adjust seasoning with extra salt, red pepper, cumin or chili powder to suit your own taste. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons flour to thicken. Cook for 30 minutes or more and serve. A real crowd pleaser!! Serves 10-15 people.
