CRUST:

1 pound crushed oreo cookies, mix with 1 stick softened butter.

Top with 1 - 1 1/2 inches vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with dry roasted peanuts.

2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Let cool. Put over ice cream. Freeze.
