RICH CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 c. White Lily all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth or chunky
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Heat peanut butter and butter together until melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir just until combined. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack and cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen 1 1/2 x 2 inch bars.
