SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat the eggs slightly. Stir in 1/3 cup milk. Sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Add to the egg mixture and mix until smooth. Stir in butter and remaining milk. Let stand 1 hour. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch well greased pan to bake at 450 degrees until brown or until done. Serve with syrup.
