RICE SUEY HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. raw rice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chicken rice soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushrooms; optional

Brown meat and onion; drain. Mix meat and onion with all other ingredients in a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, stirring several times during baking. Serve over chow mein noodles.
