BATTER FOR ONION RINGS 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
2 big onions

Sift flour and salt into bowl. Add milk, oil, and egg; beat until smooth. Peel and slice onions; separate into rings. Fry 2 to 3 minutes in 325 degree oil, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
