1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt 2 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. Philadelphia sauce 2 tsp. green pepper flakes 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. hot sauce Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve with raw vegetables. Yield: 1 cup. 1 calories, 0.8 grams protein, 0.3 grams fat, 1.4 grams carbohydrate, 1 milligrams cholesterol, 30 milligrams sodium, and 27 milligrams calcium per tablespoon. |
