DEVILED DIP 
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Philadelphia sauce
2 tsp. green pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve with raw vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
